Terms of play
Updated October 11, 2026. These terms describe use of You Picked WHAT?!, an independently operated social web game.
Play respectfully
Use the game for consensual, lawful social play. Do not harass, threaten, pressure anyone to disclose private information, or propose unsafe or unlawful challenges. You can skip a choice, explanation or challenge and leave a room. Hosts can remove players and delete chat messages.
Age and optional activities
Decks marked 18+ are for adults. Party Mode is for people 21 or older. Age confirmations are self-reported. Drinking and camera sharing are never required. Follow the laws where you are and respect everyone’s boundaries. Questions are conversation prompts, not professional advice.
Purchases
Each paid deck costs the amount shown before checkout. A purchase gives the buyer access to that deck while this game service is available, including use in rooms they host. Guests can play the host’s deck in that room. There is no subscription and no promise that the service will run forever. Other decks are sold separately. Free previews are available before purchase.
Stripe processes payments. Save your private recovery code and receipt. Your code restores the purchases associated with it; anyone who knows it may be able to restore them. Refunds and disputes may revoke access. For purchase problems or refund requests, email Voicecareconnect@gmail.com with your receipt details, never card numbers or recovery codes. These terms do not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
Your room and content
Keep your room code private. Other participants can see your revealed answers, explanations and chat, and could record their screens. Share only content you have permission to share. The game does not record camera or microphone media. See the Privacy notice for storage details.
Availability
An internet connection is needed. Features, content and availability may change. Connections can fail and temporary rooms expire after six hours. Do not rely on the game to preserve personal messages or memories. Contact support if a paid deck stops working.
